Good hospitality but no good doctors. supporting more the insurance companies rather than the need of patients. My boys suffer from normal cold and flue and cough following with 3 doctors full month but non of them were able to give right medications. Blood test need to pay money any exams need to pay money and my insurance is fully covered as A category. Antibiotic is not allowed to give. Any normal medecine is not allowed to give what a nonsense. I have spend more than a 1000 aed and still the same no improvment, my boys sickness getting worth and they were not able to cure my kids, ehen ever my wife asking to give antibiotic they are claiming that the infrction on the through is viral not bacterial so no need for antibiotic, no need cough medicine, i was si disappointed and so angry my boys are suffering not eating not sleeping because of fever atbthe end i had devided to change the hospital and the doctor.
Thanks to Al noor hospital for one time visit and my boys are performing better today.response / report this review -

This is my favorite hospital in Al Ain. The hospitals are very tricky here as the doctors seem to either be excellent or not very helpful at all. I have found that Al Ain Khaleej has the most experienced (and friendly) doctors - in my experiences - and the building is really nice and so clean. The checkout and pharmacy processes are easy and fast. Would definitely recommend this hospital.
