  Most pathetic cargo service in entire UAE
  
  I have send courier on 30th September they promised it will delivered within 25 days it almost 70 days haven’t received
  
  Another shipment I have send on Oct 23rd even no news about it
  
  I’m sure they charge us for air shipment but will supply by low sea shipment they cheat customer no integrity no commitment no customer focus
  
  Not the least no response via operation emails nor WhatsApp neither they respond via calls
  
  All together hopeless service UAE should ban this kind of business units
  
  They divert us to customer care email and phone number but no response either of them
  
  Abc cargo services all together it’s pathetic and horrible

  Cheaters, the promised 25 to 30 days for courier to Chennai, now its 40+ days and its still not delivered. I think they have sent it by cheaper ship cargo and pocketed the money. Cheats. Very disappointing experience.

  Sometimes the package gets delivered late to its destination coz its kept at their warehouse in dubai and they keep saying you it's on its way to destination. Assure to mention fragile items in the bill as they have the refund policy for damage of goods for namesake on their bill

  still my Cargo missing..just to keep all aware by any reason it doesn't reaches today by 9 in the morning as they committed..if anything happens to methat will be solely responsible by ABC cargo..
