  I would give 0, if I could. The worst customer service ever! No one is replying to any inquiries and questions regarding the shipment progress. Packages sent at the end of November - we were told it would take 10 working days to deliver them to our destination. Shipment status stuck as of 1st December. No reaction on questions/follow ups on Whatsapp/email, no one is picking up my calls. This caused us huge problems during our moving process and we still don't know if and when we'll receive our stuff.
  Do not use their services - highly unprofessional.

  Worst Service Quality! Irresponsible!
  
  An air cargo has been sent from Sharjah on 18 Oct 2020, till now it’s not delivered to receiver.
  Emails were remained unresponded. WhatsApp helpline just responds with automated promotional messages. After several follow up through various channels, yesterday I have been informed that, it will take 1 week further to get delivery. Company staff informed that, it’s due to ‘customs clearance delay’ Are you blaming UAE customs or Indian customs ? As per the available tracker in your company website, Air Cargo Shipment which was collected by your staff on 18 Oct 2020 was in transit till 16 Nov 2020!
  
  Am I supposed to get charged for with Air Cargo tariff ?

  Excellent service. They agreed to help home-deliver the package at 3 am as well, and everything went really smooth. The staff was very helpful, friendly and kind. Will definitely contact again if any other courier service is required in the future and highly recommend others to use their service too.

  Poor service and no reponse
  I have send 4 boxes out of 2 nos to ship cargo and 2 nos to air cargo on 29th July 2020. Ship cargo received on 5th of September 2020. Though I paid more money to air cargo it was not yet reached fully. Pl friends do not select Dr courier. Poor response and not professional
  While packing they said with in 20 to 25 days it will reach. But ship cargo reached before air cargo. Tracking system also not updating. Pl Don't go to Dr. Courier. Please select some other courier. Bad service!!!

  I SEND THE AIR COURIER ON 29TH JULY 2020. CAN YOU TELL ME WHEN IT WILL BE REACHING. THOUGH 40 DAYS OVER STILL NOT YET REACHED. IF YOU TELL IT WILL TAKE MORE THAN 40 DAYS WE WON'T BE SENDING THE CARGO. THOUGH 40 DAYS OVER NO ONE IS TAKING RESPONSE. I SEND THE MAIL TOO STILL NO RESPONSE.
  PL BE CAREFULL WORST CARGO. NO RESPONSE. NO ONE IS TAKING CARE OF CUSTOMERS.
