  Very slow service!! I mean it. I would never recommend anyone to this service
  Two times I send cargo to Kerala express I paid that money for this express.
  But it got delayed
  They are say always clearance delay.
  Better ABC cargo on time❗️❗️❗️

  Pathetic. They lost my 42” TV and not responding to my calls and messages. It’s 4 months now. Other items gets delayed delivery maybe in 75days. Expensive items BE CAREFUL (it will be lost) and never expect them to answer your calls, messages or emails. Very poor service, have initiated legal action.

  Irresponsible, no follow up on complaints. Promise to deliver my cargo in 25 days and I didn't received it in even 40 days.
  Staff is taking complaint on cal and no one coming back with update. Since more than 15days cargo reached to destination hyderabad and until now 20/9/2020 5:30 pm IST things are not delivered.
  
  There is function at my home tomorrow and many things my family require to use it in the function. Worst service ever I have seen on any cargo. 10/8/2020 I handover all stuff but it was send on 16/2020 whereas staff said it will be shipped on next day.
  No Customer care service , distributor in India useless, Staff is lying and nobody responding.
  
  I'll not use this service next time and I would recommend other people in my circle to not use as well.

  Nice service. I send many items by cargo when my wife went to india after cancelling her visa. After that still i am using their service like sending certificate and it’s reaching safely.
