My experience with prime express cargo is really good. 10/10 recommend it to everyone. The staff is really good and helpful, especially Ms. Saritha she helped me with all my queries and made everything easier to deal with. I chose sea cargo and it was received in less than a month which also a plus point.

Our Air Cargo reached Thane, Maharashtra in 10 days time. Miss Sarita's pleasing personality, humility and her initiative in tracking the movements helped us to get our air cargo in a safe and in a short time. I will not hesitate in recommending this courier to my colleagues/relatives. No courier will give you any assurance to fragile items. We should personally pack our fragile items ourself and refrain from depending on the courier guys.

WARNING!!! - These people are NOT professionals. They WILL DAMAGE OR LOSE your CARGO!!!
These people are one of the worst couriers in Dubai. I do not recommend sending anything of value through them. They LOST MY CARGO in India which was to go to Mangalore but also are trying to wash their hands off any form of reasonable compensation after making me wait for more than 5 months.
They probably think they are not going to be held accountable because the customers are helpless as its is his loss and he has already paid money but I think they would need to think about the consequences of their actions and how customers can hold them accountable in the same unprofessional shady ways they deal with their customers.
DO NOT SEND THROUGH THEM!!. In Dubai there's lots of choice of good couriers. AVOID Prime Express Courier at all costs!

It was a great experience for my family as they shifted to India from Dubai permanently and all the items ( TOTAL 9 BOXES ) ARRIVED ON TIME .( before 30 days in Baroda) ALSO services provided in terms of packing and delivery was quiet good. Mr john and his colleague who came to pack the boxes were professional and very helpful and overall we appreciate the service and have already recommended to our family friends as we had a reliable experience so thank u very much. I have sent sea cargo to goa India on 8th august 2020 it reached in just 20 days, we were so happy that it reached before the given time ,they said it would take 45 days due to the current COVID 19 situation,all my this were safe and sound, nothing missing nothing broken the service was really good. I have done my cargo booking from Karama office I would recommend to speak to a lady there Ms.rodrigues she is very polite and friendly in nature explains the things better.😊

Appreciate professional assistance of Prime Express Cargo team for making my shipment reach on time , had sent 117KG.. Mr. John and team were very helpful in getting it done. booked another service today of 106KG expect the same results..

I had a wonderful experience with booking and packing my shipment.
In particular, Ajay, Shajan and the site survey as well as packing staff John, were all extremely supportive and their assistance was amazing.

I have lived in various countries outside india, but for the first time, I faced such a wonderful and mind blowing service from a shipping company. I could find absolutely no flaws in their service.

My shipment has just left home. I will wait and will give the review again once my shipment reaches the destination.

Once again kudos to all the 3 heros at Prime Express..You are all rocking

Shipped consignments to different locations in Europe. Mr. Najeeb was extremely professional and very attentive to our eleventh hour requests. The entire staff at their facilities and those sent to our rescue were pleasant, knowledgeable and cooperative. Despite given a 10-20 days delivery window, all shipments were delivered AT THE DOOR within one week. Great value! Great quality! Excellent response time - 24/7 highly recommended!
