  I was on a short trip to Dubai and hired a Toyota Land Cruiser from Al Saad Car rental. One of the best car rental companies you will find in Dubai. Hassle free and very transparent dealing. No hidden charges or confusions. Highly recommended.

  The staff explained all the nitty gritty charges and conditions to you and recommended the vehicle based on your needs, preference & budget.
  Its staff are all friendly and approachable.

  One of the worst rental experience I’ve had.
  
  On day of rental:
  - Took two hours to handover the car
  - car bumper was broken. Interior was all work out.
  - hardly any fuel to take me to a petrol station
  
  After returning:
  - while commitment was to return security deposit after 15 working days, it took them a month since owner was traveling outside of UAE. That too after multiple follow up requests.

  I had the worst experience ever in Dubai with this rent a car company it's run as a family business hence even if you complain against an employee you will never get a fair and positive response.
  
  Sending mail at their feedback email is a waste because no one will respond.
  
  Their response to a customer complaint is very defensive. I showed them proof with pictures and taking the car itself to their office ; after they accepted the car delivered 2 times was in very poor condition they agreed to give a replacement. The car I returned was with a full tank petrol compared the the almost empty tank cars they delivered. I asked them to give the car with equivalent petrol , but the manager there was very adamant due to his ego , and wasted my 2 hrs time arguing. Finally after I sent a mail I will take this up with DED consumer rights they agreed to accept to adjust the last petrol bill in the monthly invoice.
  
  This company is a total rip off and day light looting, for customers unaware of their rights.
  
  While writing this review I still don't have a response from their feedback team !
