I enjoyed perhaps the most luxurious holiday of my lifetime here in February. Amazing staff took every effort to ensure we had a spectacular time - great meals, two game drives, incredible sightings, a lovely room, post-drive drinks, wonderful pool etc etc etc! It's truly an epic place to visit and stay at, and I hope I can return again one day :)

Fantastic place. My husband and I came here for our honeymoon. It was our first time in South Africa and our first safari adventure. We had such an amazing experience. We have nothing but praise for Kirkman's Kamp.
The staff are wonderful. We felt so welcomed and at home from the moment we were picked up at the airport to the moment we left.
The safari was so much fun. Our guide Joel and trekker Robert were a great team. Joel was very knowledgeable and taught us so much in a short span of time. Joel patiently and thoughtfully answered our many questions! Robert has amazing eyesight. The speed and accuracy in which he was able to locate animals during the day and night constantly impressed us!
The food was so delicious. Be prepared to gain weight because you get fed multiple times throughout the day! Karen, the chef, is AMAZING. Everything she prepared was fresh and so tasty. We loved her artisanal breads, her spicy chilli spread (we got the recipe)!, her various fresh salads, her springbok, chicken the list is endless. The portions were VERY generous.
We felt so spoilt by the team. We don't know how we will ever be able to travel "normally"! :)response / report this review -
