I can't say enough great things about Notten's. They were so accommodating and the facilities were amazing. Upon arrival, the staff greeted us and took us back to our room which was such a pleasant surprise. They had also already made special arrangements to get us out to the bush to join the rest of the group for a evening event. The food was great, the twice daily game drives were everything you could hope for, I would insist that everyone take at least one of the bush walks. I enjoyed that every morning when we could come back from our ride and sit down for breakfast there would be a field of animals for us to watch as morning entertainment. I loved meeting the different people and sharing stories of what we had seen each day. Dale, and all the staff, were there to get you anything you needed, even the hard things to get, like air time. I enjoyed the gym, the pool and the wine. As noted, I can't say enough great things about this place. I would go back and I would stay longer.

We recently stayed in Nottens Bush Camp and we find it a perfect five star
service in every department. A very romantic setting for small groups of people. It is staffed by a wonderful team of local people and our special favourite was Thulani, driver, teacher and evening choir master.All these people were very ably managed by Dale, who is almost too good to be true.

A fantastic experience due to the superior accommodations, outstanding location, great / plentiful food and phenomenal staff.

My 96 year old father and I recently returned from his "bucket list" trip. One of the highlights of our trip was the three amazing nights spent at Notten's Bush Camp. The staff could not have been any friendlier (seriously!) from the moment we arrived to the moment they dropped us off at the local airport. The rooms were fantastic, the food was divine and the twice daily safaris were once in a lifetime experiences.

Even though the camp maintains a schedule of daily activities, they are more than willing to adjust the schedule as need be. For example, during one of our afternoon safari drives we found out via radio of a leopard at another part of their vast property. The guide decided to extend the drive by nearly 45 minutes for us to get to the spot and take pictures (one attached with the review) of this amazing sight.

Yes, from the United States it is a long trip to get to Nottens. However, if you have the time and financial resources to do so it is absolutely a trip that you must take in your lifetime.

We spent 5 glorious days at Notten's and were treated like honored guests. The staff is so welcoming, pleasant and helpful. The accommodations are fantastic - our lodge overlooked a water hole and could be viewed on our private veranda. Guides were very knowledgable and anxious to make each trip to the bush fascinating. The food is superb and served in the very beautiful main lodge. We plan to visit Notten's often.
