Okay service, but bad food. Clearly reheated food, nott fresh and handled badly. Tried twice

This was a pretty unimpressive restaurant overall, and our group really only ate here out of necessity between the two meals our Safari Company we booked with offered.

The wait staff was slow and generally not pleased to be serving people and the food was mediocre at best. The part that was frustrating is that they promised WiFi and it was not working the entire time we were there.

I think cooking your own food from the general store might be a better idea.

It was wonderful to have a hot meal here when we first arrived at the rest camp. Very great service and the food was awesome especially the grenadilla slush. WiFi very spotty, we got 3-4 different passwords in one sitting trying to connect.

Standard Wimpy menus, food and service. Somehow doesn't "fit" in the bush where we tried to get away from the usual commercialism and fast food. The thatched roofs a conciliation?

I read the first review. I couldn't believe it to be true, so we checked it out. I ordered a burger, a long while after I was informed that they don't have stock of any buns so sorry. Then I had to order something else. New order arrived a long while after that. Then we had to wait a long time to get the bill. Couldn't find our waiter so someone else had to assist us. Not worth going to.

Pathetic never again. The service we received here was appalling. First we were told there was no milkshakes because the ice cream machine was broken then five minutes later we see people walking out with ice cream cones but no one came to notify us that the machine was now fixed. One greek salad a bowl of green's one piece of one centimeter of feta cheech two cocktail tomatoes cut in half and four slices of cucumber what a joke. When we complained about this the waitress couldn't care less and didn't even apologise. The staff didn't seam to be bothered about giving good service, how can they act like this in one of the biggest tourist attractions in South Africa, it's an embarrassment to my own country. Worse experience and wasted money.
