  Sad to see the quality of Kruger Park restaurants go down the tubes. What a captive audience you have, attracting people from all over the world. What a let down! Grossly understaffed and poor service. Food not of decent quality either! Olifants and Satara branches. Shame on you SAN Parks!!!

  Sanparks, you are attracting international clientele. The service of this new vendor in both Letaba and Satara is substandard. The waiters are inexperienced, bringing cutlery in their hands and not serving food at the same time. Value for money is seriously questionable. You order a toasted sandwich which arrived with 3 slices of bread and 10g of cheese? Seriously dry! Incorrect orders, etc. Kruger is the showcase of nature conservation in SA. This vendor seriously damages the image portrayed both locally and more importantly internationally.

  Most of the restaurants in the kruger is best to give a miss! It is a shame that this is what we offer at one of south Africa's flagship parks! The main restaurant in Satara should be closed until the power is turned back on and they can actually offer any of the food on the menu. We had a choice of salad, burgers and sandwiches but after waiting 15 minutes after placing the order we were told they ran out of salad and burgers! Such a shame that in a country with such amazing food this is what we offer to our international guests. As a South African I would rather take and make my own good until this franchise issue is resolved!
