Absolutely perfect in every way! Service, rooms, value for money, location, everything - thank you for a wonderful stay!
We were a group of 18 people for one night and we were treated as if we were VIP's staying a month!

Had a wonderful stay. The people was nice and helpful. The beds was clean and it felt like home. The food was one of the best I have ever eaten.

Rhett Lawson I have to disagree with you. Over the past 2 years I have been a regular guest at West Street and never have I ever seen any rate per hour for the rooms! That is a blatant lie. It is definitely not that type of establishment.
All the shower floors are sealed with a grey sealant/paint so don’t let your negativity confuse you. In 2 years I have never had a problem with cleanliness in the rooms. I cannot comment on the issues you mention about the cleanliness of the toilet, blankets and sheets, but what I can comment on is that there are staff available 24 hours a day and they always bend over backwards to keep the guests happy. My question to you is “Why did you not bring any of these allegations to the Night Managers attention? If things were as you claimed, I know that immediate action would have been taken”response / report this review -

Shocking! Don't ever go here! The toilet still had brown pooh marks in the bowl and I had to clean it myself. There were no towels. The blankets had dried mud patches on one if them. The shower floor and lower portion of the cubicle, were covered in dark grey soap scum. The photographs on the website looked beautiful, but in actual fact the condition of the rooms was appalling. Only when we checked in, did we see that the rooms were let out by the hour. I didn't even sleep under the covers and I stead chose to sleep on top of the bedding as I had no confidence that the bedding had been changed, after seeing the condition of the rest of the room. Absolutely horrific!

Simple accommodation. It's just annoying that you have to get out of your car to ring the gate buzzer so someone can let you in.

Must be the worst guesthouse I have ever stayed at. From the bad impressions you get of reception to the disorganized staff to the rooms. This is a dumb. The cold room to the bad Wi-Fi. The terrible driveway and the unsafe way of getting out your car to press the button for someone to open the gate. I can only say it again. This is not 4 stars. This is a dumb.

Affordable rates and clean, comfortable rooms. Big enough parking if travelling with a trailer. Safe and secure overnight rest before we continue our 1200km trip.
