Second time here, value for money!!! Rooms are nice, but they could improve on customer service, like if you need laundry washed there’s a communication breakdown with the people who do laundry, the restaurants not linked to
Guesthouse so if you arrange your lunch and the restaurant forgets you can’t hold the guest house accountable, it’s small minor things that they need to improve on. Maybe use a meal ticket voucher.response / report this review -

Excelent service. Good quality food. Managers and staff very friendly,proffesional and helpfull. Restuarant Managers Henk and Mpho are always friendly and walk the extra mile for customers. Always a pleasure to visit Izambali. Will recommend it to everyone. 100% satisfy.

I've been coming here for a couple of times now. The place has been consistent with the service delivery. The food is great, the rooms are clean. The naming of the rooms i believe, was a great idea.

Decor and ambiance is great. Nice friendly service, but the food was not upto spec. From over cooked steak to a poorly prepared Eishbine. With above average pricing, the value for money goal seems to have been missed on our visit
