We were properly welcomed by Mr cossa and the other stuff was Good. They should improve by putting drinking water atleast in the rooms and provide proper double bed instead of join single beds. Breakfast was nice

I don't think this place deserves the 3star rating. Maybe it was a 3 star in its good days. The food is of a very poor standard. Rooms a re neat but beds not comfortable. Aircon in my room was not working, reported it, but was still not fixed after a 5day stay. I hope they improve because we left a lot of suggestions for them for work on.

Would not recommend the venue to anybody, real dump. Lucky to get 1 star. Toilet smelt like a sewer line vent enough to make you want to vomit. Sheets had black and grey hair sticking to them and did not look if they had been changed. Generally poor maintenance as the plug was off the wall hanging by the wires. Towels had holes in them. Broken dustbin in the bathroom. The receptionist could not have been more rude and all her actions were a massive effort as if she was doing me a favour. Made arrangements for supper to be told we did not make food for you. When inquired about my meal was told "we can feed you" with such arrogance that you did not feel welcome as a guest. Didn't eat supper and did not stay long enough for breakfast. Left as early as I could and will not be back. Will blacklist them without travel agent. DISGUSTING!!!

We will not recommend them at all. We checked out at 9pm the same day we checked in and have found better accomodation elsewhere. There are notices stipulating of NO noices / NO loud music yet guests seems to do as they please & when we called Judy she was not interested to listen to our complaint. Very unwelcome reception vibe when checking in where we were "greeted" by a kitchen staff member. Curtains can't close properly, only 1 coffee cup supplied with the complementary coffee yet no milk sachets in the empty fridge.
On leaving the reception was manned by the night guard???
Please do not support this establishment as their 3 star rating is certainly not earned.response / report this review -

Horrible experience iv never been in such a dirty lodge,the towels were dirty an not to mention the linen i woke up midnight only to find insects at the barthroom and their staff in the Kitchen is very rude you get to be served meat by them but its a buffet and their food is horrible iv Never seen something like that before.

Hardly no one at the reception. The dining area is dull looking. I was so uneasy leaving the car unsecured with the gates that were NOT manned but can be opened by anyone. I stayed three nights and will never go back unless out of desperation for a one night. I ate breakfast during my first morning and wished to prepare it myself. I ended buying breakfast at Wimpy instead. Cables were laying around with flats screen TV broken and replaced with low quality picture Logic brand. On the positive side, on our last night, we received all towels without asking and the room actually looked hospitable. The place is generally clean. The lodge has potential, but needs fresh thinking. The hospitality is missing completely at the lodge. I will NOT recommend to anyone.
