Worst customer care I have ever experienced. Never answer their phones. Got my phone back damaged and with a piece missing.

Million calls no answer, emails are unanswered. Malcom promised to phone but still waiting for a call , Experience at Vodacom is a nightmare. Their telephone forever rings. At customer care their employees are rude and disrespectful. They surely bring vodacom down. I had to phone to check status of my phone, PATHETIC

50 minute wait before being served. Rude, unhelpful employees and no manager present. I have had better CUSTOMER SERVICE at the department of Home Affairs
