If they had an option for 0* I would put 0*.it's the worst place to be.never go there if u really need help.Avis staff is always on whatsapp while still on duty and they not attentive to even small details.I felt like I was in Turkey again surrounded by arrogant and ignorant Avis staff who only smile when you pay cash apparently "capitec card doesn't work" and you will never receive proof of payment.pathetic!!!nevertheless Thank you Ndumiso Mzendle for your patience

Unhelpful. I requested a car online from Margate to Durban Airport. Everything was good until I had to pick up the car, then they told me there is no cars. I had to arrange transport not to miss my flight the next day
