The service was just average, it definitely could have been better. The Food was okay. Not happy with the portions, especially the amount that is supposed to be for two people.. Staff gave wrong information just so we take a specific order with a special attached to it. When asked for advice, the server was not really helpfuk.

Fairly good experience today. The staff are friendly. Just takes a bit of time for the food to arrive. There's no vegetarian options and they stopped the tempura option😞

Not a very pleasant experience. Staff seem a bit disorganised. Everywhere was a mess. Got taken and left at a table with the previous patrons used wine glasses still there. Had to beg a waitron to remove it. The floors were filthy everywhere. My table was also badly damaged. Had better experiences at a McD's

Worst dining out experience of my year. Spent two and half hours here. Waited 20 min for my drink to arrive. An hour for my meal. Prawns where spoilt and smelled putrid. Plates dirty. The waiter was out of his depth. When the bill finally arrived I was charged for another tables drinks. Only reason they havery 2 stars is because of manageress Lola.

Absolutely shocking service! I've just experienced the worst service and stinking attitude from the staff. Also served frozen fish. Will never eat at this place again.

The space feels smaller than before with poor lighting

Had lunch with the extended family today (07/01/17) . The service is terrible, Mussels was not good at all, not soaked in sauce and tasted luke sea water n had sand in them. Calamari tubes was hard n overcooked. Platters came with no serving spoons. Sushi took over 30 mins, eventually we cancelled the order. Won't recommend them to anyone.
