  Nice gym with all you need to get into shape. Great staff. For those folks that are saying it's "too expensive"..you must be joking right? It's the same people who say it's too expensive that use R3000 per month on booze and cigarettes including McShit.

  Not to big most equipment needed for good exercise would love more early morning classes not just spinning and 24 on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Would love to have other classes like 24 on Monday's Wednesday's and Fridays

  A good gym, part of a franchise. Has a indoor pool as well as a sauna, clean restrooms and a play area where you can leave your kids while exercising.
