I have been participating at the Shed Aerial Silks for over two years now. I am 42 and do not need any other gym. It has boosted my confidence and strength and is super for cross training of any sorts - Silks works your whole body - core included. Jesyka is an amazing instructing and always have new challenging moves and sequences to teach

This is such a happening community space and stunning event venue. There are social projects like the Crafter's Corner where there is ceramic classes and Sisonke Social Circus - bringing children together through circus. There are aerials silk and yoga classes, Brazilian Jiu-jitsu, juggling, acrobatics, dance, music, rhythmic gymnastics and adult art classes. So many alternative ways to explore life!

Fabulous spot. Great for functions. Home of Living Arts Foundation, Sisonke social circus and newly established Crafters Corner where awesome ceramics classes are happening.
