One of the few Virgin Active Gym's with squash courts. Staff always friendly and make you feel welcome. The moment you step inside you are inspired to work out. Plenty of secure parking outside with a security guard keeping a watchful eye. Small downside is that some of the equipment is getting a bit old, but they are being replaced.

The gym is well maintained and constant upgrades are made. Swimming pools are clean and the squash courts are in general good condition. The changing rooms are clean and serviced regularly. Staff overall pretty helpful. No issues so far.

Such an awesome gym for the whole family. It includes a pool and a splash pool. Spacious bathrooms with a steam room and a sauna. After gym with your friends you can enjoy a meal or a drinking beverage at the kauai shop. This gym has personal trainers and gym instructors available to help you train.

I visited this gym in a professional capacity as an infrastructure & services assessment surveyor. I found the premises in an excellent state of maintenance and repair. Hygiene services were remarkable given the high traffic volumes. All plant and equipment are maintained by best-in-class protocols and they spare no expense in upkeep of capital equipment. This place goes out of their way to ensure an optimal environment for their clients

Very good large gym with squash courts, pool, studios and weights + other exercise areas. The lockers rooms are clean and both the mens and womans locker rooms has a Sauna and Steamroom. There is also a facilty to leave your small childreb under supervision.

Massive gym with pool and spinning and fitness studios. Staff are helpful and friendly. Can do with some upgraded equipment (Maintenance need to step in every now and then on worn out machines but they get the job done quickly). Remember to grab a Peanut Butter Bomb Protein Shake from the Kauai Restaurant on your way out.

Nice big gym but it's an older gym, the equipment is old but they are slowly starting to replace some of the equipment. New gyms just opened around the corner so now this gym isn't as busy which is a plus.

Big gym with many members. Some days it's unsanitary, gym and staff cannot handle the massive amount of people treading through daily. Moved my subscription after nothing was done even after suggestions and complaints.

My local club since 2010. Friendly staff, good classes, tidy floors and ablution and very professionally managed. Have been going there for at least a couple of times per week since I joined almost exactly 7 years ago. Can be a bit crowded at times, especially between 4 and 7 pm in the week. Good variety of equipment, sometimes equipment breaks down now and then, which is understandable for a club with this many people using the equipment, unfortunately it takes the club a while to fix it, some staff that should know more about how the equipment works, how the classes are booked etc. are a bit uninformed about it. Kauai inside also good food and service. Some of the other clubs close by which I have attended, like Hazeldean and Moreleta Park in Parkview mall are a bit more modern in design and equipment and perhaps a bit less crowded.
