Absolutely amazing. The chip on the windscreen was fixed in minutes. I must say, they don't discriminate customers according to their class or cars they drive.
Let me say, I arrived and the other guy driving a sport car worth millions of rands arrived after me and proceeded to park inside a workshop, whilst I was outside waiting to be called in. I was surprised when the team told him there's a car coming in now, he needs to reverse and wait like everyone else.

I brought my vehicle in for a windscreen replacement on Thursday with the promise that I would have the issue resolved and my vehicle would not return for some time as I was driving the vehicle on the freeway the windscreen started to crack out of nowhere
Very poor workmanship!!!

Urgent Information and booking
I have always rated you very high but your service today was truly lacking.
Phoned at 8am this morning to get information, then called back with all the info your required 1/2 an hour later. I asked that this is urgent as I had to leave the next morning very early. I had to phone back 5 times in order to find out what is happening. On the 6th call (11am) I was advised that they don't stock and need to order. No problem get it ordered as I have provided the insurance claim number. but was then advised that the agent will call Woodmead Branch to see if they can help. I am now on the for 25 MINUTES and I still don't have an appointment or a windscreen.response / report this review -

Awesome crack repair. The process is just so lengthy. Why not get the insurance companies to pre-approve and load a crack repair on your system ? Three trip to complete the process.

I liked the fact that I didn't have to wait for service. Took under 10 minutes to get my vehicle assessed and was out of there. Their offices are quite clean

Poor customer service. Calls are never answered. Constantly have to follow up with progress on outstanding matters.

They have the worst service ever ! I will never recommend this place . Went to fix my glass window ended up with a faulty lock. Their phones are always busy , don't keep client posted about status of vehicle . I had to follow up with them the whole time. Basically they just don't care ! Its like they are doing you a favour !
