My grandmother is an elderly woman who's disabled. She lives with my 10 years old cousin. Every time she comes to PNP to withdraw her pension money she is told that they don't have money. I went with her today and I witnessed it. How can these cashiers expect elders to queue in the long ATM queues? Service in Tembisa is better than here!

I would like to thank Johan for going out of his way.
Johan wasted no time and managed to make arrangements for a stolen gift card to be blocked and transferred to a new card. I cannot thank him enough for his positive can-do attitude and friendliness.
