Worst host I have ever had to deal with. House and amenities are unacceptable. Do NOT make the mistake of staying here. I am surprised to see that this listing is still being allowed by air bnb.

If I can leave a 0 star rating I would. Stay away from this place, it is discussing and has many hazards. A group of 7 of us stayed and had a horrible time. The host is extremely unprofessional and rude. The pool was not how it was described in the AirBnB app. She blames it on the Water Drought that's happening in Cape Town. The pool has enough water, what it doesn't have is someone willing to put time and money to provide maintenance. Zero maintenance is the theme to this place because everywhere you look there are major issues. Handrails on balcony's are not secure, Open electrical panels in bathrooms next to the shower with nothing blocking the water. An indoor empty pool with a wooden deck next to it were anyone can easily fall into. Mosquito infested pond just outside the front of our room. No mosquito net around our bed so we couldn't leave the door open at night. The rooms that actually had mosquito nets had bowling ball size holes in them. No A/C in the rooms so you did your best defending yourself at night from the mosquitos. All in All this place was a disaster, The host was disrespectful and unwilling to help at anything. She was never around and the only way I was able to communicate with her was using the Airbnb app. The first 3 photos are screenshots of the description of the pool on the app. the rest are actual photos of this place.

we stayed feb 28 - march 4 2018,! Simona is the owner of this place and I'm writing down the dates and posting pictures/videos of this place because no one but I mean no one should stay at this location!
here is a glimpse of why I had to leave such an awful review which I truly hate to do but I don't want anyone to make this mistake ever again. Its a scam.
The room where she set us three up was disgusting and a health hazard. Let me explain.
- Mosquito infested pond outside the room (pictures included). The room had no AC which you would think the room would have mosquito nets to be able to sleep with the doors or windows open. That was not the case, nights were awful. No AC flow and no option to open the doors or windows due to Mosquitos.
- Braker panel for electricity next to the shower with no cover. This is insane and beyond dangerous. We had to shower upstairs in our buddies rooms. Pictures also included and I also have videos which I will submit if airbnb allows.
- Broken cabinets in the room with pictures included. Cockroaches infested rooms. Since everything is open and their are no nets or net sliding doors everything gets in especially mosquitos.
- Furniture is broken and disgusting as per picture.
3. The pool was out of service, in your listing you state furniture to lay out by the pool and a working and clean pool. The pool was disgusting and non-useable. Other pools in the area are working and functional. I checkout other airbnbs and they had working pools.response / report this review -

Bad bad badi booked online and they demand full paymont upfront that was R 3600 for 2 days,as i got there and saw the room and a bathroom we had to share..i just fliped,the room smeld like raw surich,it was dark and damp,not evan my lady working for me would go there for free,needles to say we dint sleep there we went somewhere els ,i lost all my money becaus they refuce to evan pay half back..i would avice to never go there it is total fals advertising ,nothing looks like on the website..STAY AWAY!!!!!!!
