Awful hotel, couldn't get any sleep due to noise from downstairs bar. Receptionist did nothing to help.

Could not sleep because bar downstairs allows large groups of people to sit outside past 3am drunk and screaming all night. Called reception and complained and they did nothing!!!

Lovely hotel very comfortable rooms and staff were great! Doesn't look like much from the outside so we were pleasantly surprised 😁 will definitely go back.

In the middle of busyness, nestles this neat hotel in Cape town city. Beautiful large rooms via lifts. Neat and clean gorgeoys bathrooms. Comfortable and snuggly bedding. Smart and friendly staff. Delicious and a variety food served

A great improvement from the last time I saw this hotel 3 years ago, the refurbishment has completely changed the atmosphere of the hotel. Everything is looking much more modern and fresh, the hotel is now vibrant and colorful with the rooms being a complete contrast to before the refurbishment. The rooms used to be dark and dare I say “dingy” however now they are an absolute pleasure to stay in. For a more affordable 4 star option the rooms are exceptionally spacious. I really commend Seasons in Africa for taking the time and effort to inject some life into the hotel. There are one or two things that still need a touch up but it is nothing that would deter guests from the hotel
The bathrooms need a refurbishment and the elevator still needs to either be completely overhauled or a brand new one needs to be added in as the current one is extremely small and most of the time smells of cigarettes.response / report this review -

Hotel is well located, friendly staff. With 1.93 m I'm too long for the 1.90 m long beds and the showerhead is mounted too low. The bathrooms need maintenance!

Rooms smell like cigarette and double beds are actually two single beds put together. Acess is poor especially for uber. Breakfast is ok. Friendly and welcoming staff, though. Still I do not reccomend.

We stayed for one night in the eco friendly section. Lovely spacious rooms. Enjoyed pre dinner drinks at the bar -- very friendly barman. Breakfast reception however was a let down. No "Good Morning" welcome to breakfast from the staff -- food was good but the coffee which was undrinkable. Even the replacement mug was very diluted. Staff was on their own mission - just continued to pack out tables and not really concerned about the diners.
