Clean, nice location, neat and very friendly staff. Good breakfast with a wide selection. Honesty bar which is fully stocked. Was a lovely stay.

The guesthouse was lovely and the rooms were spotless. Zelna and Gary were very helpful and friendly. We loved the wide variety of breakfast available every morning. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

Phenomenal atmosphere and outstanding service.

We were a large family group and had our wedding at Sundown Manor. It was a fantastic success!
Nothing was too much and Gary was so welcoming. Everything we wanted in a gorgeous venue, the rooms were just amazing and all our wedding guests loved it.

13/10 would highly recommend.

Home from home. B&B without having to be sociable if you don't want to. Clean, efficient, quiet, well managed, with a large clientele that return year after year. Staff are second to none and have all been there for years.

Very nice place to stay for your CapeTown trip. Beautiful and calm area, very close to the Main Street.

Had an absolutely wonderful stay!
Christine, Lindi and Gary were all very friendly and helpful.
The rooms were clean and luxurious.
Breakfasts were absolutely delicious.

Wonderful service,excellent personal attention to detail, just one thing i would suggest is make sure you get to now Mr delivery well for there is no dinner service just breakfast but in all a wonderful stay. Extremely well situated and Very central 5min away from V&A and 20 min away from houtbay and the world of birds.
