Utopia in Africa is one of these rare special places. A perfect location overlooking a valley which gives you the impression of being in a tree house, tranquil and close to nature. Style and class in every detail, in every part of the house. An extremely friendly and helpful staff (thanks again for the delicious vegetarian dinner). And finally a guest family which welcomes you with their heart. For us it has been a wonderful time!

The owner Patricia was fantastic. We stayed there when a family member was hospitalized nearby and she was like having family in Africa. Utopia was indeed that.

After the now-closed Mattafin Lodge, our favourite place to stay in Nelspruit. Each room is unique, so ensure you find one that suits your tastes and needs. The morning breakfast on the large deck overlooking the local valley is a great way to start the day. Owners are friendly and talented (ask about the artwork on the walls).
