Absolute dive.
Don’t trust the brand as I did.
Why Mercure has decided to put its name to such a cesspit I do not know.
Rooms are absolutely filthy.
Dirty bedding, torn curtains, basic maintenance is lacking. AC broken, fridge door broken, leaking taps, no soap provided.
Look harder and book a clean hotel!
Night staff were pleasant but clearly being let down by the management.
Not acceptable in this day and age.

Terrible experience! Booked - Payment Taken - Confirmed on their own Accor website. When arrived we were told their internet is down and cannot verify booking. Were shown away and told to request refund.

Surprisingly received an upgrade in my room catergory for no reason when checking in.to my surprise my room was not prepared or should I say housekept well.My room pedestals were thick with dust, there were no teaspoons for my coffee cups ONLY TABLESPOONS IN DRAWER.My linen on my bed had little fly like flea looking things crawling and flying around me when i jumped into bed..really disappointed.extremely hot in nelspruit during my travel so I decided to swim and to be surprise the pool looked like it was not skimmed for about 1 day as there was wasps bees and flower seeds and other little insects floating on the surface.

Had a wonderful weekend there. The rooms are clean, services on point. They even arrange for us the driver to pick us from our arriving destination. Mall close by so happy will b coming back with my family. Keep it up especially the guy in help desk.🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟.

Clean and well equipped self catering units. Enough parking. Friendly staff. Secure entrance. Mall not walking distance,it's better, you can touch it. So close. All in all value for the price you pay

The cottage facility with kitchen facility offer lot of functionality and ease for people visiting nelspruit. But need to book in advance during long weekends.

Very nice and family friendly. There's a shipping right in front (walking distance) so you have everything you need. Rooms are clean and breakfast is good.
