Deserve zero starts What a horrible experience, sitting here from 7am this morning.. While the "agents" and security are getting paid to push people in front of the que while we wait 4 hours later and still no where near going in.

More than 6 hour wait ! But what I had a huge problem with was that only 1 staff member behind the counter was wearing a mask ! There may be a shield between the staff and public but the cubicle is open on top and they ate breathing in the same recycled air and touching all the documents. They also left the cubicles to mingle in the back offices without wearing masks, gave Birthday hugs, and entered each other's cubicles mask less for a chat. This office has been closed on numerous occasions for 'covid cleaning' through the year, not surprising!

Yes, I did have to wait 4 hours & I was served 'timeously' because of my age. I want to Thank the young lady on cubicle 1 (17.11.2021), her 'Supervisor' as I was representing my husband who is ill, & the gent who directed us. Their service was impeccable. They went out of their way to be professional, kind, friendly & helpful. I would actually give 'cubicle 1' 10 stars. The only concern I have that it is 'criminal' to not have the Percy Osborne Bureau open! The staff cannot cope with the stress of approx. 400 people per day! And with 50% of the public who cannot understand the docs. Their patience must be stretched beyond acceptable. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. 🥰🌹

Waited 45 minutes to give in yellow form but in that time they served 2 people in the Que and they let 4 other people jump the Que even though they are supposed to wait in the Que if they had missing or not all documents. Wasted my time and seemed like they didn't know what they were doing

Excellent Information was given to me ! In fact it's an easy process to get a car license disc renewed and change it from Mpumalanga to KZN:
1) Proof of residence (lease agreement in my case)
2) Traffic Register Number Certificate
3) Id copies
3) Fill the Blue form
4) Pay Fees

Fast and efficient. Got there at 12pm was done by 1h15pm. There was over 25 peopl ahead of me. All booths doing registrations were open. Well done Umbilo. Cant complain.

The entrance, exit and entire parking lot need resurfacing! You could lose a small child in the holes! I am sure I damaged my car leaving there today.

I went to get my vehicle licence renewed this morning. It took 2 hours. Reasons were - only one teller doing renewals and 3 tellers doing registrations. People jump the queue on a regular basis - 5 times during my visit. The queue supervisor is oblivious to anything and even when I mentioned the teller situation she merely ignored me. One would imagine that some sort of management is in place to ensure productivity and good service. Not so at this place
