This has got to be the most unhelpful department , I wish I never have to deal with them ever but thats not possible. I hope that someone senior in this department can see to it that people employed there are actually doing there jobs. They are wasting our hard earned money by not performing . Come on guys get with the program.

Surprisingly quick and efficient experience. Do a little research before you go to check what you need to take with you. They do have card machines.

Horrific experience rude incomptent staff. Hve to come back seveeral times becaue new information required emerges from each tiem.Thiss is meant to public service for which pay a service fee. Very disapointed that pubic service we have to feel grateful we recieve any service at all

Horrible experience. Besides the long wait the lady who helped me was rude and said that i dont have common sense and took off with me for not knowing proper process. Its not something we do everyday. If they answered there phones we would know how to prepare ourselves. This is on the 3rd visit after them being offline did i get my stuff sorted. Also 3 days short pay for me due to this pathetic place.

The information desk and client liason office is empty. Most of the counters at Enquiries is empty. Only one lerson in counter 5 appears to be working. It also does not make sense to wait at enquiries and the wait at the cashiers. Please modernise like other government departments eg SARS and Home Affairs.

telephonic communication is extremely bad, i have been trying to call for the past 2 hours and all i get is the answering service following that the operator doesnt pick up. goble road has the worst service from all other licensing offices,

How can you be closed on a Saturday???? Quite ridiculous. This is a very necessary part of everyones life. This is not a business we choose to visit we have to. Totally unbelievable.
