So Tread Safe is a pretty popular place. So it didn't surprise me when I walked yesterday and the counter was choked with customers. At that point I resigned myself to the fact that I was gonna be there a while.

So I walked over to the shoe display to browse and kill some time but before I could even start looking a friendly voice beside me asked "Can I help you Sir?"

Thank you to Lin for the amazing service. Even though I only wanted to purchase one pair of boots (and left with two) you went out of your way to assist me. Your kind, friendly and efficient service didn't go unappreciated!
