Very friendly service from the Wendy. It's always good when people try to help you as much as they can Just really makes ones day. You really feel like they making it all count for you. That's why I give you 4 stars. Restrooms, mobile charging station and cooler water for clients and good service.

Please assist us by providing a lift to the nearest town as clients when we bring back the the rented car. I was compelled to pay R 70 for hiring another car to Richards Bay CBD from Richards Bay Airport. As a client I feel to be left stranded is unfair and inconsiderate. Hence, in the near future you should make some means to ensure customer care and satisfaction is accomplished.
