Shocking Service! Since my claim was approved I Have waited over 2 weeks now for my windscreen to be fitted after numerous calls??

Went there to get my discovery vehicle assessment done. It was like a circus. People smoking cigarettes on the floor. Swearing at each other loudly. Nobody seemed interested that a customer was in the store.
