Great food and great service. Spur makes the best Ribs. I love the place. So refreshing and relaxed on the inside. If you had a long day, you'll definately need to be there.

I was happy with food, even though Spurs never beats it's record for a longer waiting time for meals. I was every happy Waitress 23 was busy someone helped her with serving us.

Please avail more speed points. It took longer than usual

It was really packed. The food was good like any spur came a bit faster than other branches even though it was full. But the table was a little dirty and because I was dining alone they kept using my table to put dirty dishes on while they cleaned up other tables that was the only downside. My waiter was great and helpful.

Stuff is quick to assist, tables always clean. Food is good most of the time, they tend to reheat the breakfast sometimes and as a result you eat freshly made food

Normal Spur, a bit on the noisy side. Slow service. No attention to detail regarding orders. Sub par at best.

The Advertising was false. I stopped in for Bottomless coffee which was advertised at R16.90. I was then instructed to buy food even though I was not hungry. To please the staff I relented and ask for a menu. I settled for a kiddies breakfast and was then told u was not allowed to order that. I had taken a picture of the advert and no where did it say I was not allow to have that. Then they brought me another menu to show me that only under 12s could order that. It was not my fault their marketing department botched the menu. I know my rights under the new South African Consumer Rights Act. Made for very unpleasant experience. Only go here if you have an urgent need to be I'll treated. I was DISGUSTED!
