Hi After many years my husband and I went to have dinner on Monday 12 Feb 2018. The steak was so small for200g and the butternut and spinach was cold on the plate. After calling the manager and complaining. He took my plate put my food on a clean plate but it was still cold. I spent over R300 but I was very unhappy. I will never go to Spur again.

I had the worst experience of my life, i almost lost my son whereas he was at the play area. He left the restaurant; he was found by the casino securities who returned him back to the restaurant. The play area attendant didn't even notice that my son was missing. The manager came to inform me that the securities have my son, and she obviously didn't see anything wrong with that because she didn't even apologise herself. Parents; if you wanna lose your kids take them there.

Extremely bad! And the experience just got worse. 2 pages missing from a 4 page menu. 10 minutes wait for complete menu, 15 minutes wait to order! Food arrives cold! 10 minutes wait to send back and re heat! Wait, food arires, 15 minute wait for cutlery. Food OK, after all it's only a burger! Request to pay by credit card? 10 minutes later request for my driver's licence! Wait, pay by card with PIN code! Then a request to sign another bill.something not right! What a let down after a fantastic 2 month holiday inn South Africa

I was very very impressed of the service excellent,we all human and sometimes things happen we can control or realise,first the onions and chips was cold they gladly changed it with no hassle being not fussy my wife found a brush bristle on her rib burger we just wanted too take it out and eat but the manager refused and said she change it and make sure its perfect and also on top of that they said for their mistake the burger is on them wow service excellence big up too staff and mangers of Suncoast Spur anytime anyday we will be back there .

Not impressed at all. We drove all the way to Suncoast only to be absolutely disappointed by the service and food.
Our food was cold. Steak was like rubber and kids ribs were not even cut up or given a set of knives and forks. We had to request for this from the waiter. Our waiter brought 1 of my kids food and after waiting more than 10 minutes the other kids meal . In addition I waited almost 20 minutes for my bill. My kid was suppose to receive a ice cream as it was her birthday which we waited 30 min for. Please up for service. Even the table next to us complained of the service and food.

WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE WONT INTEND ON GOING BACK THERE SERVICE WAS PATHETIC FOOD WAS EVEN WORST CAN U EVA EAT A STEAK COLD ASK WHY IT WAS COLD THEY TOOK IT AWAY TO HEAT IT UP 3 TIMES AND IT CAME BACK COLD ALL THREE TIMES TOOK OVER AN HOUR TO GET THE MEAL ENDED UP NOT EVEN EATING IT, THE WORST PART WAS IT WAS BOTH MEALS ORDERED MY WIFE AND MYSELF WILL NEVA GO BACK THERE !

Had the worst soggy crumbed mushrooms. The staff is always running around trying to sort out issues. This is not the best place to enjoy a SPUR meal.

Philly Steak Roll w/ Banana Milkshake

Had the capability of being a great meal. Cheese was good, but the strips a bit undercooked. It was a bit cold and a wait. Definitely not value for money but worth the experience. Loved the milkshake. Seemed a bit understaffed also.

On Saturday the 08/10/16 we had lunch, at Daytona Spur, seeing we flown is from Cape town to watch the rugby . Quick assistance to a table, and the order was taken promptly. We all ordered burgers and my nephew ordered a chicken burger. When he got his food, he told me his burger tasted funny.
I took a bite of the chicken and to my shock, it tasted like some sort of chemical. We called the waiter, and told her the burger, was not good. She said she will bring another burger, witch we agreed to. We asked her why it was like that and her response was SORRY it mite have been washed with a chemical they clean the salad with???? we called the manager but he never came to our table, to apologize or to offer a free meal. I find this as shocking, and they din't ever offer a free drink for him to wash the bad taste down. i will never go back to this Spur and will not recommend this restaurant to any of my friends. If this is the quality service that Spur is giving to its customers, then the Spur will not see me or my family again i await a apology and a explanation on why the meat tasted like ''Jik''!!!!!
Spur people with no taste for life.
