The most horrible experience, they do not work with appointment had to wait for four hours. I went home and realized my hair was cut badly at the back, phoned the owner Clive and explained to him he asked me to come in at a certain time and he will sort it out, I went there showed him how my hair looked bad and he agreed I waited for a while and then realized once again I have wasted my time as they never keep to their appointments. I did tell the owner I had a function to go to and he assured me that it will be done but didn't care when I arrived and asked if I can come on a week day. I guess he treats client differently and its about making money and not rendering a good professional service. I will not reccomend this salon to anyone. Eventually I had to go to another salon to sort out the mess they have done and i had to pay more money.
