This hostel is awesome! Staying there felt like beeing at home after awhile and beeing part of a Family. Rooms, bathrooms & kitchen are clean. Almost everyday bbq session. I will come back 4sure. Best Chris

Best hostel in cape town! Everything about this hostel is amazing it's homely feel the beautiful house and the amazing people who own it. You will feel very welcome in this hostel it's an incredibly social and chilled place to be I would never stay anywhere else now.

Surf Shack is clean and safe, close to all places that can entertain a tourist. Myciti Bus Stop is by the gate making it easier for the tourist to move around the city of Cape Town.

With over 7 rooms, each with their own lovely vibe. The Surf Shack offers some of the most luxurious/vibrant accommodation in Cape Town.

It's only 600m from the beach, has a huge pool and an awesome entertainment area.

If you are looking for a peaceful place to rest during your travels in Cape Town, i reccommend booking The Tower, that room is top of the pops and even has a hot tub, you can bath and see Table Mountain at the same time!

It's a self catering residence located close to the beach. I was there in June which was during their winter period. It was really cold at night.
There was a complimentary coffee/tea and a kettle to boil water which was great.

I bet it would be a fantastic place to hang out during their summer period which starts in December (strange right).

The staff are very helpful and accessible.

This is by far the best run and cleanest hostel in blouberg! I stayed in this hostel for one month and had a great time. Mads and Tjaart are super nice and do a great job hosting people. I can fully recommend it for kite- or windsurfers who want to stay at the best kitespot there is!

Best backpacker in town. Perfect place for any kind of surfer. Usually very quiet at night. Nice pool and lounge area.

Extremely friendly and helpful hosts! Perfect location if kite surfings your game. Rental car is ideal but there's also a bus stop outside the lodge. Helped me out so much finding my feet in cape town, thank you Madelaine and tjaart!
