I have had dealings with IOPSA since late in 2017 and have had the best experiences in my time with them. The wonderful work they do for the industry as well as the motivated and friendly staff really bring about a dynamic team of industry professionals that strive to bring good things to the industry.
It has been an absolute privilege to work with you these past years and i look forward to many more in the future.

IOPSA has filled a massive hole in a profession that sorely needed it to be filled. It is the connection between plumber and public and visa-versa. The advice and help available is phenomenal, and they provide a consistent "touch point" for the plumbers that otherwise may feel alone and isolated. From a consumer perspective, IOPSA provides a route of recourse which is relatively simple and very effective. IOPSA intervention in these matters are always unbiased and state only the facts.
