You should really consider having direct phone lines to your different branches. I've been phoning numerous times and everytime they put me through to the Paarl branch then the phone just rings endlessly. All I wanted was a quotation, seems impossible to get help at this place, poor service at its best. P.s Phoned Build It, got an immediate response and got my quotation back within 10 minutes. If it was possible to give you Zero stars then I would've.

Why does an enterprise like this not respond to feedback??? Just based upon the reviews, how can anyone punish themselves by even going there.
It’s a company thing because all reviews are so similar to Somerset west
Indifferent staff, poor product knowledge.
I have to go to a Brights to get good service.

Disappointing experience for a store that has been open for 3 months. Many items are not priced or the prices are wrong. The switch which I purchased was R100 more expensive at the till. So it's best to check your til slip.

Also irritating is that there is not a single parking spot in the shade. No provision has been made to plant trees in the huge parking area which is entirely covered with cement pavers. Certainly not a "green" building.

However, the staff were friendly and helpful.

Very mediocre service. Not at all impressed. Completely dis-interested members of staff, talking to themselves and not caring about the customer. A generator should be a fairly easy sell at the moment, and I couldn’t be fully assisted there either by a member of staff (I talked to 3). As someone who frequents some of the other Builders outlets, I’m very sad that the one closest to me is not worth visiting again
