Staff tends to disappear. You literally have to hunt them down. The phone ervice is non existant. Not sure why folks don't view that ringing phone as opportunity to present their shop and to encourage new and existing customers to come buy.

The builders express is located next to the Norwood shopping centre before the booms and therefore has free parking. However it is not a very large parking area and does not have enough spots. I. The whole my experience was a good one.
