  The service here is pathetic and it is not the first time. Had to wait almost 2 hours to collect from the yard. Hundreds of employees running around and some lazing about, but no-one willing or able to assist. Prices are also much higher than Chamberlain on lost products. I never look forward to shop here!

  The store is decently stocked, but very poor staff assistance. The online ordering system is not effective and they miss their delivery deadlines by many days. Can't seem to get any support on the phone to follow up on anything. Additionally, they are consistently 20%+ more expensive than other hardware stores like Chamberlain. See the pic example

  It's pleasing to know that there is still GOOD people in the world.
  I left my tablet (somewhere) in the shop hours later with a shock I realized that my tablet is gone. Guess what the floor personnel reports it to information, and they already phoned my wife to let us know that the tablet is safe.

  Good luck trying to find someone to help you. Half the items I wanted to buy did not have prices on them. I don't know if people are on leave or what the issue is but they seem to be short staffed. Well stocked but has very poor service.

  Super stocked and good service. The layout/ presentation could do with modernisation. Eg more lighting, move slow moving stock to online sales etc
