Location is the worst. Place is clean lights and plug was neglected. Parking not good if you will leave your car the whole day, its not covered. Room is beautiful don't make that mistake and it's very clean

Affordable accommodation in the heart of downtown Nelspruit. One of the few hotels that still offer large rooms. Wel maintained and friendly staff.

Giving you 1 star because you can have the fanciest hotel in the world but service will remain king.
Service from Desire at reception was the worst ever. Firstly I went out for a smoke in the evening and she thought it was appropriate to ask me"don't you sleep", secondly, in the morning she was at reception again and asked me, "I thought you left already, when are you leaving?" What was that all about Desire? I've never had any previous encounters with her and she doesn't know me from a bar of soap so why would she think I'd appreciate such sarcastic comments from someone who I barely even know?
I found that incredibly offensive and it most certainly left a sour taste in my mouth. Bad service and I wouldn't recommend her services to anyone. That basically concludes my stay, it was awkward, uncomfortable and just not an enjoyable stay. Very disappointed because I spent 9 nights there and if you add up the money, it's just a regrettable experience. Should've gone somewhere else where the staff is not so rudely inquisitive.response / report this review -

The place was clean enough to have a peaceful sleep and their stuff is really helpful when needed.. I definitely want to say thanks to Thabang their receptionist, he doesn't have much time working the but he tried by all means to insure we were well taken care of. Definitely I will go back the day I decide to go back to Nelspruit.

This hotel doesn’t deserve a star. Friends arrived a day earlier and got mugged due to not enough parking and they had to park by the centre parking. Other friends ran after the mugger and the security had the audacity to ask if they caught the guy. When I arrived my bedding was dirty with marks and condom papers on the floor, blood on the floors and curtains in another friends room we ended up sharing a room due to feel uneasy/uncomfortable. The staff has a no care attitude. Absolutely disgusting!!!

The rooms are very large but the en suite bathrooms are dated. Breakfast is served buffet style and there was a good spread.

Neat and clean. Beds very comfortable with nice clean linnen. Bathroom a bit disappointing, could do with a major upgrade. The nite staff at reception was extremely helpfull upon checking in and resolving a problem we had.

I would not advise anyone to stay here.I have experienced better 3 star hotels.
My stay was 30 September to 2nd Oct,as it is I am requesting cancellation of my stay.
They allow other guests to make noise in (hotel passageway) and out (pool area) of the hotel.Its a small hotel and if you have a bunch of people sitting by the poolside at 6am (which is very close to the rooms) making noise and not being requested to keep it down,you compromise others peace of mind.
The carpets on stairs and corridors are stained,leaves much to be desired.
To be honest this is a horrible hotel!
I will not come back nor recommend anyone to stay 👎🏾
One star is not even what I wanted to mark,if there was a way of marking 0 star I would.response / report this review
