One thing I appreciated the most, was the comfortability of the beds, especially after a long drive from Durban, sleeping so comfortably was like a dream. I was, however disappointed that we couldn't swim coz the pools were dirty.

The rooms are not clean as it seems.. the carpets smells bad,we could see dust even after they have cleaned the rooms.

The hotel was clean and cozy 😊 👍 the only bummer was some of the guests that were absolutely inconsiderate! I can understand being noisy during the day time, but after midnight and early hours of the morning! Not on. We should all conform to standards of good behavior. You are not on your private property. The room next door does not lead to your kitchen, it's a hotel and have other guests . So be considered!

Beautiful place, convenient, safe and the staff is hospitable, friendly, helpful. Hosted us beautifully. The clean linen, bathroom and well kept rooms made our stay pleasant. Enjoyed the pool, felt like home away from home. Oh the view from ons of the pools there is magnificent, the pool near the restaurant. Beautiful view of the city and mountain backdrop. And having a bath tub instead of a shower was a plus for me♡ well except the inconvenience of not having a bar fridge in room 46 (where we stayed) we had a great time. Oh and the guy who helped us with our booking over the phone; Howard, excellent service thank you.

I lost a lot of things which were unaccounted for.
The rooms are not properly cleaned and the receptionist acted like it's okay when i reported this.
Bad hygiene is normalised!
They really need to improve on the safety of their guests belongings and cleanliness because it is generally a nice affordable lodge.

Not a pleasant experience. Upon arrival we were greeted by a very unfriendly receptionist who reeked like the smoking lounge at the airport.

We were only provided with one towel. And when we requested another we were told we needed to pay for it.

The decor is cheap and tacky and the room didn’t feel clean at all.

If you’re looking for somewhere cheap for the night to stay then not a bad choice. But definitely not a romantic getaway.

Unfriendly staff. Room was ok, but curtains were ugly and we were only provided with one towel for two people, and the receptionist wouldn't give us two more towels. Bleh
