What an amazing place - the staff is awesome and friendly. They make you feel at home immediately. The camps have beautiful green grass and spacious. Ablutions are made from local materials and clean. Hot water. You can book dinner in advance - delicious. Not expensive. They grow their own veggies on site. Chill in the river with your lilo.

The Growcery and all its wonderful staff have a special place in my heart. Their service is fantastic, their products are of the highest quality and you could not get a better shower, with its unique outdoor facility. The 6 day river trip is a magical experience and the hospitality is the best in the country. Please come here. You will not be disappointed.

This little eco and upcycled camp is on the banks of the Orange River. Offers large open camping sites overlooking the Orange River and surrounded by rugged desert mountains. It is a great campsite with, fresh veggie gardens, great staff and value for money.

The Growcery offers fresh meals, and fresh herbs and spices. Accommodation is budget twin rooms upcycles shacks, if you expect luxury then this the wrong place. But it is value for money, clean and neat.

The camp offers rafting trips, hiking trips and some safari trip. It is perfect for families and adventure travellers that seeks tranquility.

We can recommend this to adventure travellers. A minimum of two nights are recommended at this camp.

Very pleasant stay with friendly service. We stayed in a Chic shack and shared communal kitchen and ablutions. Remember no electricity in shack - only a candle provided. Bedding and meals must be specially arranged.

Lovely unusual spot on the Orange River. Stayed for 2 nights in the chic shacks. Bathrooms with a view. Great idea that guests can pick produce from the garden for salad. Went for short canoe
