Went here for a farewell lunch. All ordered food and everyone received their food except me. When I complained they eventually brought it about 15min after everyone else got theirs. Wait staff were not good and they had about 4 really bad songs on repeat. We asked them to change the music and they allowed us to connect a phone to play music but unplugged it after one song and went back to bad, noisy RnB. Completely killed the vibe of our farewell so we went elsewhere.

I love this Bistro slash Pub.
The food selection is exquisite and the ambiance fun. The staff are very interactive and funny. This makes it all worth while.

Absolutely terrible service by the Staff - We arrived as a group of 15 for a drink or 2 on a Friday evening after we've had dinner.

The "Pub" looked closed but it was still an hour before they should close according to their business hours on the window. So we proceeded inside, seeing no people or employees. We then went upstairs and were greeted by a couple of employees rambling on about that they are closed and we should leave.

I then asked why they are closed but their trading hours say they should still be open. The gentlemen then proceeded by saying that we are already closed and the hours are incorrect.

Would not recommend as the staff members are extremely rude and wouldn't serve us during business hours.
