  Great place - must to visit!
  Private game reserve manage by black Tembe people with high quality of service and very nice effort.
  Accommodation at big tent with private / external bathroom.

  We recently spend 4 days at Tembe Elephant Park and were pleasantly surprised and satisfied with our expierence. From the time of our arrival till departure the staff were very friendly and made us feel welcome and appreciated that we visited the Lodge. Our Guide Patrick has an outstanding knowledge of the entire wildlife, various vegetation and animal habits not only in the Park , but in South Africa and beyond which made our visit very educational which we appreciated. Having traveled to many Parks both in South Africa and Africa I can say that Tembe Park is an excellent one to visit with it various landscapes from Closed Woodlands, Sand Forest and Wetlands and being able to see Elephant, Crocodiles, Lions , Buffalo , Zebra, Birds and many Antelope gave excellent Photographic opportunities. The staff of the Lodge understand that "Doing good is Good Business" which one rarely find these days.
  Well done to all and keep up the good work - we will be back to spend more time in this great Park

  Did not see as much game as we would have wished for due to rain but nevertheless had an absolutely brilliant experience, were looked after by wonderful staff and enjoyed the 5 star accommodation and meals. Tembe is everything we had hoped for and more and comes highly recommended!
