Good budget overnight accommodation in Shemula. Offers good breakfast and has a bar. Area of shemula had serious water problems so expect water cuts occasionally.

A few of us from the 4x4 community forum spent a long weekend camping at Shemula Lodge a week ago. We were all very impressed with the owner's friendliness and hospitality. The bonus is, is that it is so very close to Ndumo Game Reserve as well as Tembe Elephant Park. We will definitely be utilising this campsite a lot in the future, and recommend it to all who want to camp or chalet! They have a pub and restaurant too.
