Only a four star place, but the people are trying hard, friendly and handled an unecessarily difficult customer like me quite well. Thanks guys

As a tour guide, this is one of the best places to stay.

Conferemce facilities arent the best. If youre looking for modern, this is not the place to book. Buffet lunch gets a 2 star everything tastes like its a frozen box meal reheated in the microwave. I wont be back.

A wonderful experience of clean and pure service. I liked the quite homelike atmosphere. Congratulations. 100% for service and 90% for communication. Thanks Ramluckan.

Tour busses offload their noisy tourists here. You will have no restful sleep, but at least you can be kept company by the cockroaches in your room! I'll never stay there again.

Very clean, excellent service, and the food is quite good. I only wish they recycled. Also, there was no information given about the dire drought here, so people were not requested to use water with care.

This place claims to have 4 stars? I'm sorry but it is definitely nothing more than an average 3 star experience.

The Wi-Fi is so slow that it's unusable. The rooms are OK. The TV channels available is not acceptable? No news channels, only sport or some local channels.

We had an early morning meeting here and the staff and manager really went above and beyond to look after us. We needed a comfortable venue as well as breakfast, and they were more than accommodating.

Thank you so much for the excellent hospitality service. Thank you front young lady Patience and Sonja for going an extra mile in assisting my sister and i to find our directions to the Hotel. Excellent customer service , we are definitely coming back next Christmas.

Attended a conference here. Limited parking, but close to amenities. Good service, was a pleasant experience.

I popped in here for a coffee and to work for a few hours. I must sadly say that I was disapointed. Their Cappaccino's were below par. The Wi-Fi signal was weak (I'm being generous), the decor was old fashioned and the service was very average. The only thing that redeems this place is the friendly staff.

Three Star Accommodation in my opinion. Hotel is a bit dated and is in need of attention. WiFi signal is very week and can only really be used in the dining area. Ethernet points in rooms don't work. Room Air-conditioner is old and very loud. Hotel smells a bit like an old age home. If you can look past all this, the pool area is lovely and the view of the mountains magnificent. Fuel station and restaurants are conveniently located across the road.
