This was a very ,very nice stay , staff very friendly and helpful, close to Beach, lively, clean. Room's every day , awesome food at restaurant on site, treating their guests with coffee in room, kettle,dryer,phone, fridge, depending on your room of choice. I will definitely visit them again. My Granddaughter enjoyed swimming in the pool so Much and the staff treated her like a princess she made me promised that we have to visit, her staff again, with love from Chloe

For excellent customer service, clean & cool rooms and great meals at budget prices look no further. I spend a month at the Bayshore and experienced the fresh and opulent buffet breakfast that will satisfy all dietary requirements, tasty & succulent dinner dishes and friendliest, helpful customer service.

Rooms are musty and the air conditioning is old and does not cool down the entire room. Be prepared for a long, uncomfortable night's sleep in the Richards Bay heat.

I will start with the most important negative fact: The only night I stayed at the hotel I got robbed by someone who got in to the room most probably by the window, left open before by the cleaning staff and not closed by me afterwards. Two debit cards were copied and used the next day, fortunately no money taken of my wallet. To add on above, my assistant agent told me that on the same room one night before, a laptop stolen from a guy.
On the other hand, hotel and price are disent. Services good but absence of wi-fi at room only present at the lobby but with low speed. Clean carpets towels bedsits but absence of handle at the toilet door. You can't close the door. Very polite hotel staff.
