Can someone tell them to change the furniture at the dining area? It is old, teared up, and dirty. No sense of hygiene whatsover! One thing you will love about it, is the ox rail they make and the fact that it is next to cabana and naval island, a good place for fresh air. Good view of sun set and causal fishing 🎣

My room had roaches. Restaurant tables are not cleaned on time. You order something to drink and staff takes forever ever though restaurant had less than ten people at the time! Serious turnaround is needed!!!!!!!!

Hotel has a restaurant. The staff is very friendly & helped carry luggage. Shops and restaurants are however about 2km away (Not far for car drive, not easy to walk to).

Bar prices are ridiculously high, old fashioned decor and poor food. Wouldn't recommend.

The establishment although graded a 4 star is more like a 3 star hotel. The hotel is an old hotel that has been given a face lift. The rooms are not sound proof and you can hear the activities in the adjacent rooms. Additionally the aircons don't work in all the rooms. The room I stayed in had a nice bed with a decent bathroom. The water pressure was good.

I am writing this on behalf of my traveller, who has complained that she gets woken up around 5am or even very late at night due to the noise in the passage outside her room. Can you not put carpets outside the rooms. when people walk past especially with heels, it makes such a noise and wakes her up earlier than she want to be woken

Comfortable to sleep. Otherwise not worth a 4 star hotel grading
