Where to begin?
This place is the worst so I would strongly recommend you find another optometrist
1. I had an inexperienced person do my test and as much as I understand everyone has to learn surely he should have been supervised during his first week or so?
2. The place is extremely crammed and uncomfortable especially the exam room. It was so hot inside with no aircon.
3. The dispensing lady was very rude when I told her that I was not interested in the anti glare coating. Seriously I am the customer and the one paying for it so if I don't want it it's my choice.
4. I have now given them my phone number 3 times and it's still not on their system.
5. When I paid I was told 1 to 1.5 weeks for the spectacles to be done so 2 weeks later I called for an update and was told they are still waiting but will follow up and call me back.
6. When I had to call back again later I was told that they told me 2.5 weeks and to top it off that they only ordered the spectacles the previous Saterday and not when I had my exam.
In summary a terrible building, rude and inexperienced staff and they do not stick to their promises with tons of excuses.response / report this review -

Baie baie goeie diens, maandag vir my oog toetse gegaan en vrydag reeds my bril gekry. Vriendelike en hulpvaardige mense by Atterbury tak, sal enige tyd weer soontoe gaan!
