Extremely disappointed in Browns, my engagement ring (princess cut trinity set) first the diamond was cracked and had to be replaced then on another occasion I lost a diamond and had the be replaced again! With my wedding band I’ve lost a diamond twice now that needed replacement. We have spent over R50 000 and will never in my life recommend Browns to any one!!!!
